The floating ajax login box uses a secure system to query the database for user authentication.
If not registered users have a disclaimer to agree upon before being taken to a new user form which will alert the administrator via email whether or not to accept this new user by clicking on either an accept link or a reject link embedded in the email.
Successful login starts a session which allows user to access 'clients' link on home page. If the user is an employee he will have access to the meetings management section, where he will be able to create, search, update, and delete meetings.
